How are the IPs segmented? What's the benefit?
We take care of your entire sequencer network. This includes IPs. Personal domains like gmail(dot)com, outlook(dot)com, etc., are then routed through a different network entirely to preserve your B2B campaigns.
Can I send to B2B and B2C from the same instance and network?
We strongly advise against this. If you don't care about deliverability, then you can request us to enable this for you. We carefully evaluate this on a case by case basis to ensure that our networks do not get compromised.
How long do my sequencer IPs last? Are they rotated?
Sequencer IPs are different than mailserver IPs, and this makes them more resilient. We manage their rotation for you, so there's no extra work required on your part.
How many IPs do I get?
Every instance starts off with a minimum of two dedicated IPs. As your sending volume goes up, we auto provision more dedicated IPs for you.
Is my sequencer shared with other customers?
Your sequencer and dedicated IPs are completely isolated from other customers. It is only reserved for you.
Can I resell my sequencer?
NO. You are not allowed to resell your sequencer. This results in an immediate ban. If you are agency serving end-user clients, you can charge your customers a "tech fee" as part of your regular servicing package. If you have custom requirements, we're open to partnerships. Feel free to reach out.
