How many leads can I store?
You can store as many as you want. We have a simple fair use policy because we're not a CRM, but our customers store millions of leads with ease.
Why do other sequencers charge for lead storage?
It's all about revenue optimization. We are value driven, and make enough revenue from our simple "pay per send" model. We don't need to charge you for data storage.
Do you sync every email, or only campaign emails?
We sync every email that comes through your connected accounts. That’s why it’s called the master inbox. You can choose to only sync campaign emails, but we recommend treating it like an email client and syncing everything.
Can I push and pull leads via API?
Yes you can. We offer very robust endpoints for you to do your entire workflow via API if you wish.
How many leads can we add per CSV?
Each CSV lets you upload up to 50,000 leads at a time. You can upload as many of these CSVs as you want.
Can I attach custom tags and labels to leads?
Yes you can. We automatically tag your leads with their email service provider (ESP), eg. Google, Outlook, etc. And you can create your own custom tags too.
Can I export my leads?
Yes you can export all your data either via the UI, or via the API. Your choice.
Do you recommend re-verifying the leads if they've been in the system for a long time?
As people change jobs or roles, their email accounts can become inactive. We recommend re-verifying leads at least every 90 days, or whenever you're about to use them in active campaigns.
Are leads shared across workspaces?
No, every workspace has their own leads. This makes it very easy to manage them across different clients, since each client may have different blocklists or custom variables needed.
